4 Round Interview process : a. Hiring Manager Assessment - Intial assessment is done by the Hiring manager based on your experience, reason for choosing Veeva and your salary expectations b. Job History - In this round, your previous Job history is evaluated. You'll asked to describe your Work in the previous Jobs, any achievements, how would you rate your manager in all your previous jobs c. Job Skill - In this round, you'll be provided a Case study a week before the Interview. For this, you'll have to create your login in the Salesforce developer org and configure it as per the requirements provided in the Case study. You'll have to prepare a Presentation for this. On the day of the interview, You will face a Panel (who'll play the roles of CEO, IT head, etc. of an imaginary company) and you'll be evaluated based on the Demo in the Salesforce org as well as your Presentation skills. Also, How well you answer the Panels questions. d. Why Veeva? - In this round, you'll be evaluated on how strong is your reason to Join Veeva.
