First was a phone screening with a university recruiter, no longer than half an hour but was very focused on why I applied to Veeva specifically. Second was a candidate exercise that took roughly 20 hrs over a 7 day period where you presented to current employees. Lastly was a behavioral interview with the director of the program I was applying for, lasted roughly 45 minutes and was interested to learn about my experience working in teams and groups.
