Started off with an informal conversation with the hiring manager, followed by another conversation with another Consultant and a third conversation with an engagement manager. All throughout no one was able to guide me with what the next steps would be. They kept saying they're guaging my fit. Made me wonder why I needed 3 conversations to guage a fit. Eventually was ghosted with no follow ups.

Not applicable. Just want to know salary ranges for senior principal consultants out there from others. To be able to have an understanding of how much I can ask for based on my experience
