Veeva Systems interview questions

Went through four interviews and a take-home exercise, with the promise of a fifth interview and then a pending offer after discussing compensation in detail. This was soon changed, seemingly at random, with the poor excuse that I didn’t have proper experience in an area that was NOT listed in the job description. Nor was it ever discussed even once during any of the four interviews. You don’t simply change your mind and claim someone isn’t qualified in a made-up area after four rounds of interviews and detailed discussions about compensation. Something clearly changed internally, and I sincerely wish the hiring team was honest about it instead of telling me such a blatant lie. Steer clear of this place, they’ll burn you before you even step foot through the door.

Responsive interview that cared for my time. Asked interpersonal questions and was not technical. Four rounds total final being a panel interview. Took about 2 weeks overall. Pay presented and benefits were fair and comp. in market
