Venterra Realty Community Manager interview questions

I was referred by a 9 year very happy employee. Once she submitted my resume to the corporate office I was called almost immediately to complete a Skype Interview. This was my first Skype meeting and it was very informative. Before the end of the interview I was asked if I could come in for an in person interview with two of the Regional Managers. I think we can all agree that the interview process can be very stressful but when I met with the Regional Managers I was immediately put at ease.

The interview process started with a Skype interview, it was friendly and informative. Second interview was scheduled almost immediately after the Skype interview at a convenient location. Our second interview meeting was extensive with a quick assessment test and common interview questions at the front end our interview, the questions grew in intensity as we continued speaking. A third interview was scheduled a few days later to meet my immediate manager and an offer was extended. After completing the interview process and having had time to absorb some of the culture at Venterra, the interview process and line of questioning makes sense. Venterra invests an incredible amount time and effort into developing employees, making sure the applicant has similar standards as those of the company allows for a great employee/organization fit.
