I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Venterra Realty (The Colony, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
It was easy to apply and once the issue of connecting on Skype was resolved, it went smoothly. The communication and interview was not as stressful as I imagined it might have been with the use of Skype. Over the phone you do not get the same as in person and Skype is a decent solution because you can can see each other;s facial as well as upper body language as well.

Interview
First interview on the phone was smooth. Interviewer was asking me questions that were personable and we had a great talk. The second interview at the apartment I applied for, the lady didn’t come prepared nor seemed genuinely interested in me at all. She expressed how tired she was from working. The first question of hers was “do you have any questions for me?” Like isn’t that question supposed to be asked at the end. She pulls out a paper with generic interview questions. I just knew she wasn’t going to hire me. Anyways, 4/10 experience.
