I applied in-person. I interviewed at Ventura Foods (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2023
Interview
Process was consistent with most large companies. Interviewed with manager HR, VP sales. Nothing out of the ordinary. Time line was consistent with most large companies at 6-8 weeks. Offer came in writing timely.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ventura Foods in Oct 2022
Interview
My advice would be they should diversify the recruiter to one that has a more open mind-set regarding talent and experience and isn’t combative in calls about experience and pay scale to the interviewee and also to use more than one recruiter (also current one is contracted). There’s likely a reason Ventura is rated so low and I think it all starts with who is the face of the company assessing who to bring in for talent.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ventura Foods (Brea, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Long time frame. Multiple rounds , peer to peer. People from my department as well as others. A couple of cancelled interviews as well. All were web interviews; and between 30-60 minutes.
