I had the best interview experience with Ventura Foods. Danielle is truly the best recruiter I have ever worked with and there have been quite a few over the last four months alone that I have worked with. Everything she said would happen, happened on the dates/times she promised. Furthermore, the group of individuals I interviewed with were great and asked engaging questions. None of the calls I was on ever really felt like an "interview". They felt like general discussions.
