I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Veracross (Wakefield, MA) in Oct 2022
Interview
The first interview was over the phone with HR. We discussed my experience, qualifications, interest in the position, etc. The person I spoke with was really encouraging and easy to talk to, so this was a really good experience! The second interview was over Zoom with the Director of Support, and two Managers of Technical Support. They asked more technical questions about my experience and had me do a short skills assessment. The assessment didn't require any prior knowledge about the platform; it involved watching a short video that explained how to do something using the software and then trying it in a sandbox. This was a relaxed and comfortable interview experience, and the interviewers seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. After that interview, I received a phone call with a job offer.

Question 1
I can't remember specifically, but since I was applying for a remote job, we discussed why I was leaving my previous job and why I wanted to be remote.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Veracross in Aug 2023
Interview
Straightforward interview process - initial phone call with HR, a skills assessment with one of the managers (no prior knowledge/prep needed) and then a final interview with the managers of the team.
The whole process was smooth and showed a good level of respect for the interviewee's time (not requiring lengthy prepped tasks or excessive interview stages) which was refreshing.
Everyone involved was friendly and professional.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Veracross in Mar 2023
Interview
The whole process was smooth and not a lot waiting. The recruiter was clear in the next steps and expectations. The managers were professional but personable. I was impressed by the questions asked as they show they want to learn about the person and not just what the person can do.
