The interview process was standard. I applied online and they conducted a phone interview with basic interview questions. I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. It lasted about two hours, and the consisted of several small rotating groups, one of which was just the hiring manager who asked my questions from a printed document and wrote down my answers. The atmosphere of the office seemed quiet and sad, and the workers also seemed to have a lack of company culture. I was told that I was a favorite by the person who walked me out and that I would be contacted within the week, and I never heard anything even after I inquired a week later with the hiring manager. There are better bio-tech companies out there, and I do not suggest this one.
