Interviewed over the phone and was annoyed by the in-house recruiter from SGH who was totally clueless on what a business partner role is all about. Totally disappointed with the way questions were asked and how judgmental the recruiter was which has nothing to do with the role . I was also asked if I have any China HR experience, which I thought it was a waste of time as I have listed in detail my experiences and area coverage in the CV. Half way through the interview, the recruiter got confused and angry; it is so unprofessional. It ascertained the reviews regarding incompetent HR and the management that hires/retains incompetent employees like this recruiter. It gives the company a bad name.

Questions were very simple if you are an experienced HR professional - yes/no answers which I had to look for ways to elaborate but usually cut off by the recruiter
The recruiter asked which area of HR I excelled in and made a judgement that those areas are what I am looking for in this role without doing deep dives. After that, she then said the job doesn't fit me and told me off in a rude way
