As others have mentioned previously, I as well was ghosted, after two very favorable interviews with the recruitment team. I am fine with no, but please tell me, and don't ghost me! If this is how you treat prospective employees, I can see why the company has such a poor rating! I am further concerned that the customers are treated this way as well. As a professional courtesy, be the bearer of bad news, even it is in an email form, and NEVER simply ghost, you are being paid to do a job, so please do your job.
