Onsite interview consisted of a number of 1-on-1 meetings - started with an interview of whiteboard problem solving and coding questions, followed by two scalability and system architecture interviews, and finally an interview that reviewed of previous projects explained via whiteboard. Need to be really up on your full stack to be properly prepared. I'd recommend improvements to the recruiting process and communication between recruiters and hiring mangers.
