Verisk Dotnet Developer interview questions

There are 2 technical rounds followed by 1 managerial and HR discussion. The technical round got over within a day's time where-as the HR round was cancelled multiple times though it was suppose to be an telephonic discussion. The HR discussion was for 5 minutes and all she wanted to know whether i will be joining the company if offered. After my HR discussion they took more than a month to send me an offer break up. I would not be comfortable in joining an organisation which takes more than 1 month to send an offer letter after clearing all the rounds. I had a worst HR experience though the technical panel were nice and helpful.
