I applied online. I interviewed at Verisk (Jersey City, NJ) in Sep 2015
Interview
First I got a phone interview with HR that briefly talked about my background, my career goals and how I got to know the company. Then he introduced me on several open positions similar to the one that I applied for. After the phone he set an on-site for me . It turned out that I interviewed with several managers for those several positions which the HR didn't tell me on the phone. Each interview was easy enough - they didn't try to trick me but would like to know me more as a future co-worker.

Interview
Applied online after being scouted by a recruiter. After a couple of days, I then moved on to a video interview. Once I moved forward to the final interview (4 people), I had to do a pre-interview assessment which consisted of basic calculations and critical thinking questions.
