The interview process was disappointing and felt disrespectful. I cleared three virtual technical rounds and was then asked to attend an in-person “casual meet.” However, once I went there, it turned into another technical round without any prior communication. This was misleading and unprofessional.
It was also openly mentioned that they don’t prefer candidates from smaller service-based companies, which raises questions on fairness and inclusivity. If that bias exists, it should be made clear upfront instead of dragging candidates through multiple rounds.
Overall, the process lacked transparency, wasted valuable time, and gave the impression that the company does not value candidates’ effort. Future applicants should be aware of this before investing their time.
