i applied online. the job posting specified the salary range but that didn't stop them from requiring that i list my desired salary. i received a pre-screening questionnaire which i suspect was automated because it was from the hr department, not a person. this contained the following questions. Tell me a little bit about yourself: What interests you about this role? Why are you looking to leave/why did you leave your last position? What are your salary expectations? (I had already answered this twice with the range THEY gave me...) got an email to schedule a zoom interview for the following week. 2 days before the interview i got a rejection letter. the day before the interview i got an interview reminder, so i emailed the talent advisor to confirm wtf was going on. the day of the interview i got 2 reminders; all the way up to 30 minutes before the interview was supposed to start. talent advisor didn't respond to my email until the interview was supposed to start, nor did i receive an interview cancellation until after it was supposed to start. i question how people this incompetent can operate in the legal field. clearly they can't even handle their own on-boarding process.
