The interview process was long but pretty easy. First was a phone interview. She went over the job description and asked basic questions about my experience and how my skills would translate to the position. Next was an assessment test. The first part of the test was a bunch of mock calls from customers. You had to select the best responses. The second part was listening to calls and matching numbers on your screen.
The 1:1 interview was held at the corporate office and was pretty basic. They have a list of questions they have to ask. It's all pretty much the usual interview questions, why do you want to work here, how have you handled certain situations at past positions, etc. The interviewer does a lot of writing. He warned me of this ahead of time otherwise I might have been concerned. They have to write down everything you say so don't let it freak you out.
Lastly, I had one more phone interview which lasted about 10 minutes. Similar questions as the last 2 interviews.
