The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Verizon
Interview
I applied for the position online. Verizon usually prefers to hire up 'in company' but I got lucky and they were looking for someone on the outside. I recieved a phone call the next day to schedule an interview for 3 days later. The interview was a conference of four individual a couple of which were over technology. I got a call five days later offering me the job. They do train you and they even put you up in a hotel for the nights you'll be trained. It is a salary, not a hourly pay, but you do get commission, paid vacation, and benefits like dental.
Very professional and I would recommend being prepared. They are very detailed and this will require multiple interviews with upper management. The manager and district manager were fair in their questions and very accommodating with request. Not to mention that they were both flexible with my schedule.
Basic questions. Have been asked to sell a pen, have been asked anything but. (For a pen, start asking questions about their life like they’d want you to in the store setting. How often do you use it? Do you remember the last pen you used? How important do you think this pen is in your life? Etc)

Question 1
Why do you want to work here, sales experience, career goals
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Verizon (Phoenix, AZ) in Jun 2023
Interview
Met with the DM and TM, very laid back interview. Touched on previous experience and how I handled prior issues in the past. Went over different scenarios and how I'd handled them.
