Well I applied on Sunday morning, heard back from a recriuter on Wednesday morning talked for a good 15 minutes and was offered the job immediately just from the phone call.....and hour later spoke to the regional manager on the phone and received an offer email being positive and upbeat actually helps with the interview process because you're just pretty much selling yourself just remain calm, sound appreciable and smile because that's what they are looking for.

The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, also what if scenarios and her views of the culture

Interview
I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
