I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Verizon (New York, NY)
Interview
First you have to take computerized exam. Once you pass that exam, they call you in for an in-person interview. If they like what they hear, they give you a call with the job offer as far as pay, training info, schedule etc. FYI, once you quit your current job to go work for Verizon, the job is not guarantee as you have to go through couple of month training to take yet another test where someone from management is calling in pretending to be a customer and you have to navigate through Verizon computer system and place order, make sure you follow Verizon dialogue and selling process without missing anything if not you will fail test.

Question 1
How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?

Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
