Easy, few questions. Online application, phon interview, skills assesment, back ground check, 7 weeks of training, baby calls, then floor and group. The process is rather long but worth the time and effort

3 part process (2 phone interviews, 1 in person interview). About a month process to officially start after the background check, drug test and I-9. Also have to take a test were you simulate some of the job responsibilities like talking while typing and basic knowledge.
