Entry Enterprise Network and Security Interview

      Jan 24, 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Verizon in Nov 2013

      Interview

Just like everyone else said. Get through the phone interview, then the on-sight and then the meeting with the hiring managers. Here is the thing, what you've read in most forums is true. For the most part, Verizon will pay very well but don't go in being cocky, arrogant or just try to weasel your way in. These guys know what they are doing and they are a good judge of character. The worst thing you can do is try to 'study' for this. Really, just be yourself, if you got through the initial phone call and get the on-sight, take a breather forget about everything you've been told to do and just have fun.

      Question 1

The questions are not difficult or out of this world. Its just how you handle yourself, what are your strengths, what can you bring to the table. Go watch the movie the "Internship", you just got to be 'Verizony' enough to get the nod.
