The interview questions were not difficult or unexpected. They were standard questions like the following: Why are you choosing VZW? Describe a time when you had to resolve a diffucult situation for a customer or involving a customer. What are your career goals?

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
