Applied online and received response within 2 weeks time. Started with phone interview lasting about 15-20 minutes, STAR method. Was scheduled for in person assessment witihn 5 days which was not difficult at all in my opinion. Response time after passing the in-person assessment was immediate so moved on to an inperson interview that same day and got my job offer within 5 days.

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
