The hiring process is long and with several people as most companies, the company is very hard to get into for call center positions but if you speak well and have great communication skills you will have no trouble getting into the company.

The standard "how did you handle the time when you?" is the main question, the company wants to know that you can handle difficult customers.
Verizon has a significantly lengthy interview process involving several levels of management. Expect this process to take up to a month. Typically you would start with your direct superior in a tag team setting with their peer.

Took a total of 2 months from first interview to passing the background check. Process consisted of 2 screener interviews. One in person interview with manager and their boss. Final interview afterwards is a virtual interview with the departments President. They asked plenty of situational questions. Study the STAR method for answering interview questions.
