I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Verizon in Mar 2010
Interview
Interview was one on one and generic quesitons were asked. Then I was given customer service situations and asked how I would handle them. It seemed like a good environment to work in, the job being offered was very competitive with numerous applicants. It really was a very typical interview so think of a creative answer to the "why do you think you should receive this job over the other applicants" and maybe you can stand out.

Question 1
How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?

Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
