I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Verizon in Nov 2010
Interview
After I applied on line, I received an email asking me to choose a date and time for phone interview. I was then interviewed by phone for 30 minutes. Then I received an email asking me to choose a date and time from the selection for on site assessment. This was about a week later at their offices. The assessment was about 90 minutes long. It tested various customer service skills and included audio, visual and typing skills. I was then informed that I passed that test and if I have time they can do my 1:1 interview there and then. I had a great interview, so I thought, but they then took over a week to reject me!! the interviewer told me over 1000 had applied and there were 12 jobs!!

Question 1
How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?
Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
