Fairly straight forward, questions like why Verkada, why sales, strengths and weaknesses, where do you see yourself in five years. Three rounds of interviews: Initial phone screening, first interview with two people in similar sales positions and then super day over zoom (3-4 interviews). Made the decision two weeks after interviews.

Interview
Phone, online and in-person interview. They were asking general "why" sales questions. Receive feedback pretty quickly. People and recruiter are very nice and welcoming, they were really helpful throughout the interviewing process.
3 step process.
First, phone screen. Typical hiring questions.
Second, hiring manager. More specific questions asked on past positions and sales experience. What drives you, etc.
Third, in office visit and meeting. Meet with manager and director officially, tour the office.
