After an initial phone screen with recruiter, there are two to three rounds of virtual meetings. After passing the virtual interviews, an invitation to an on-site visit at their HQ in San Mateo is extended. There are several rounds of interviews and a presentation to a panel of a subject of your choice that should demonstrate your technical expertise and communication skills.

The process from first interview to offer took about a month and a half. They did communicate with me at all times even though there were some delays. Overall the interviews in my opinion were fun and a good challenge. They did also pay for accommodations for the in person interview which was out of town for me.

The interview process was lengthy, but felt structured and gave me the opportunity to get a feel for the company. It balanced both personality, technical skills, and presentation knowledge equally while also giving you the opportunity to ask questions.
