Verkada Market Development Representative MDR interview questions

I was excited to interview with Verkada, given the company's rapid growth and innovative product line. Unfortunately, my experience with the interview process left me frustrated. While I appreciated speaking with a few team members who were professional and informative, the overall process lacked consistency and clear communication. After completing multiple rounds and an assessment, I received minimal feedback, and follow-ups were either delayed or vague. It often felt like I was being kept warm with no clear direction. Eventually, the role was closed without much transparency, which was disheartening after investing time and energy into the process. I still believe Verkada is building something impactful, but I hope they improve their candidate experience, especially for early-career professionals trying to break into tech. Clearer communication, timely updates, and constructive feedback would go a long way in creating a more respectful and efficient process.
