Thank you for taking the time share your experience with interviewing at VIP. Based on your feedback I assume that your experience was pre-pandemic as we have been conducting our applicant screening process remotely since March of 2020. We recognize that it can be difficult to make time for our test mid-day when currently employed, and we have since been able to accommodate after hours testing on a case by case basis. Our standardized aptitude test and written exercise are generally the first steps in the application process for all positions. Specific questions about the day to day workflows and practices of a particular position are sometimes better left to be answered by the hiring team in the interview stage, as they will be able to paint a much better picture of their unique team dynamics than HR can speak to generally. With that being said, HR is always willing to chat and share more information about the company prior to this stage. I apologize if there was a miscommunication following your offer.
