Horrible interview process!! 3 hours wasted that I will never get back. Hiring manager was totally unprofessional and is need of some serious training on how to interview. They try to lowball you into taking a cheaper position with the same duties of a senior one. What a joke!! Place reeks of desperation! Good Luck Vestmark you won't last long being cheap on IT.

Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. We scheduled a same day phone interview with HR. Within two days I was scheduled for an site interview with the hiring manager, implementation team manager and the EVP of Customer Engineering.

Phone screen with HR, 3 onsite interviews with hiring manager, help desk manager, and their boss. Interviews were set up consecutively and were 45 minutes or so each. Very clear that they were seeking a good personality fit as well as skills and background. No real hardball questions, shared a lot of information on atmosphere, culture, travel requirements.
