Interview
It was 4 round interview process, the first one was phone interview with HR. 2nd round was with team lead of DBA that this position is for, 3rd and 4th round was 2 hr technical discussion and leadership round.

Question 1
The first HR round was discussing my past experience and real world scenarios where discussion about conflict with other co-workers, ownership of some work general case scenario.
The 2nd round was more technical focused with general overview of position, as the DBA lead was technical person, she asked about everything in detail and wanted to see my curiosity towards the position and company
3rd round was technical discussion with DBA team, it was real-world scenarios based discussion, few technical questions were there too checking the basics of query tuning, indexing strategies, then types of replication and all.
