It took quite a bit of time, 3 months from initial resume submission to hire date. Interviewed with the HR rep, then went through initial training and then had to interview with loan officer teams to get hired onto a team.

Interview
Very casual - felt more like a conversation than an actual job interview. They were open to answer any questions I had, and were very enthusiastic to ensure you would be a fit for company culture.
awesome interview process! they really want to know who you are as a person, your thinking process, your moral values and really invest into making sure you are a right for their team and its a right fit for you as well.
The interview process was a bit front loaded, there are a lot of assessments and forms that have to be filled out before even being considered. That said, the interviewers are great and they really put care into matching you with the right position. They aren't just looking to fill a role with anyone, they want you and them to thrive together.
