Very professional and very painless. I think it took about 30 minutes. At no point in the interview did I feel uncomfortable. People here, from top to bottom seem to really like it.

Interview
I had met the supervisor in person and others who are going to work when I get the position and answered any questions asked. The people were really nice and friendly. But their questions were tricky.

Interview
The virtual interview was about 30 minutes and pretty chill. The recruiter told me about VU and their values and asked questions to get to know me. It seems their main goal is to find candidates that align with their values. It was only at the end of the interview when I asked what the rest of the hiring process looks like that she told me they aren't actually hiring for this position. Despite accepting applications for it on their website, they don't have openings. They're just collecting a pool of potential candidates. I wasn't very happy to hear that, especially after a 30 minute interview and them having already asked for references from previous supervisors and coworkers. So keep that in mind.
