Don’t waste your time because they don’t respect it here. They request that you take multiple assessments and send in a large amount of references before you even talk to anyone. It took 3 weeks just to schedule a phone screen and the recruiter told me that they would provide feedback if I wasn’t moved on in the process. Instead they sent an automated message with no feedback whatsoever telling me they were going with other candidates.

Tell me about your background, what are your strengths, basic phone screen questions.
I had a phone interview. Great questions. Some will really make you think. Very nice and thorough. Talked for about 25 minutes. Should hear from them in next couple of weeks. Overall good experience.
I applied online after personally reaching out to a recruiter although the deadline to apply was passed. I immediately got an email scheduling a skype interview and it was very genuine, welcoming. They're looking for skills but also largely a cultural fit.
