You first do an online aptitude assessment. Then if you score high enough they have you submit electronic reference skills surveys. If that passes their qualifications then they have you come in and speak to a recruiter. Once that is done the recruiter forwards your information to the hiring managers. Then if you are selected for an interview with the hiring manager and two people from HR. They will then make a final section and you will be notified of the results
