I actually interviewed for three different positions; I did not get the first two, which were Customer Service Rep and Office Manager. I was told to keep applying for any position I believed I was qualified for so the third time I interviewed for the Closing Specialist position and was offered after one interview with someone in the HR department.

I really did not appreciate being told I received an interview, and being made to schedule a video interview for what was essentially a screening, before my resume was even looked at. It seemed like it didn’t take much time for them to even make a decision after my video screening, so all they did was waste my time by making me sit down for an “interview”.

Interview
Process went smoothly. Interviewed virtually with a recruiter and then in person. They were very nice and had a lot of good information about the company and the position. Overall I would say the interview process may not be the quickest but not too bad either.

How had I managed stressful situations in previous positions?
The interview process was Easy and open. It felt like just another conversation where you feel like you are being heard and cared for. Questions were easy and basic interview questions.
