One phone interview/screening with an HR person, one in-person with a production manager on the team, and a second in-person with a department manager. There was a week-and-a-half wait between phone and the first in-person, then around two weeks between the first and second in-person. I was given an offer a week after the second in-person. I asked a lot of questions in every interview and they enjoyed that.
