ViaPath Technologies interview questions

The process consisted of two interviews. The first was with a team of five people, which may seem intimidating at first, but they were very personable and welcoming. The questions were excellent, and a lot of them were things I had never been asked in an interview before. The second interview was with one of the members of the first panel and with a member from the client site that I would potentially be working at. This interview was more a typical one with the typical interview questions like, "Tell me about yourself" and "Do you work better alone or on a team?"

Process was very easy and fast. Everyone who I meet seemed very professional and competent. I will definitely recommend interviewing with GTL. Even though I didn't get the job I'll definitely try again in the future.
