I applied online. I interviewed at Viasat in Apr 2022
Interview
I received an email from a University Recruiter to schedule a phone interview. I setup a date and waited at the time of the interview to receive a call. Nothing came through and I was left sitting. Deciding to call in instead and got sent to voice mail. Left one and never heard back.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Viasat (Carlsbad, CA) in Jun 2017
Interview
The interview process at ViaSat is pretty standard. First step was a phone screening with a recruiter. Next came a phone interview with the hiring manager, and shortly after that was an onsite interview where I was interviewed one-on-one by 6 people for 30 minutes each.
