Applied online with school career website, the recruiter reached out to set up an interview. The call was set up at 10am and my interviewer called me an hour late to reschedule later in the afternoon, later she still called late by ~10 minutes. During the interview, she asked some standard behavioral questions and then proceeded to ask me about the runtime of a super trivial algorithm on a project I did (why even ask?). She insisted that my runtime analysis was wrong. Even when I explained again, she made it seem like I was clearly wrong. The interviewer also wanted a specific usage of SQL and disregarded my usage of natural joins as wrong, and insisted on me using inner joins, though admittedly I had forgotten.
