I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Viasat
Interview
I applied online and received an email from HR. The first round was announced and was about a 15-20 minute call with basic questions about the background and behavioral questions.
I was then asked to attend a video interview session for 1.5 hours with 2 panels each of 45 minutes session. The process is very slow and I haven't heard back from them.
Just the two rounds took more than a month and there is no result.
I was told that the interview process can take anytime between a month to 6 months.
Also, the recruiter is not responsive enough and they do not respond to your emails and do not pick up calls.
