The first-round interview was simple as it was a 30-minute interview explaining the role and basic behavioral questions. The second round was a social media assignment and I was given 48 hours which was fair. I turned in the assignment, and then wanted me to come in for an on-site, but the timing didn't work as I already had prior plans on that date. I emailed the recruiter asking for a reschedule and she did not respond, I was then able to change my plans to accommodate to that time and emailed the recruiter to tell her that I would be able to make it if it was still possible and the recruiter did not respond till the end of the next day. She then asked for my availability for the following week, I sent her my availability and I never got a response. I understand things are hectic, so I waited then sent a follow-up and still never got a response. I have never been ghosted by a company when it came to a scheduling a final round interview, so that was new. I thought it was extremely unprofessional in how the recruiter took a day to schedule an on-site interview and to then never respond after asking for my availability. Overall the company lacks professionalism.
