Begin with a phone interview.What's successful into the second phone interview with leadership it went well period. However, I am looking for remote instructor positions in Business courses. I also have experience with career development including resume and interview skills.
Zoom. Then in person. The in person was whole day. Was asked to give a mock lecture. Then meet all people in the department. In the end, dinner with a few people.

Quick questions over the phone. They primarily used my cover letter and teaching philosophy that I submitted to answer questions. I was only asked logistics of the classes I would be willing to teach.
