Visa Inc. Data Engineer interview questions

The first round consisted of an online assessment with three coding questions. Two easy and one medium level. I was able to successfully solve around 2.5 questions. The second round was a one-on-one technical interview that focused mainly on SQL concepts such as window functions and joins. It included around two easy and one medium SQL question, along with one easy-medium level Python question. The overall difficulty was moderate, with SQL being the main area of focus. Unfortunately, I couldn’t progress to the next round.

Once you are pre-screened, you get a codesignal test. Once you solve at least 2 out of 4, you are invited to a 1st round interview where they ask you basic sql and python questions. 2nd Round - my interviewer was very condescending and got offended by my definition of a data engineer. Their communication style included remarks that felt condescending, such as implying a question was "sixth-grade level," despite it being a specific Python trick. This made the interaction quite unpleasant and difficult.
