Visa Inc. Design Manager interview questions

What a joke and utter disrespect. I applied online, having found the job on Linkedin. Got an invite for a recruiter screener by phone, during which he'd sold me on the job and told me the "hiring team" was very excited by my profile. He explicitly told me I would be scheduled for the next round after the long weekend and he'd have his assistant reach out to me, after which I never heard from him again. I tried to message on Linkedin since I wasn't given a direct contact info and no response. Over a month later, got an auto-rejection with a gaslighting message about "thank you for taking the time to meet with our hiring team" (considering I never did). Yikes. Imagine how horrendous the internal culture is like.
