I was initially contacted by a recruiter at Visa to set up a screening interview, which went very well. Following that, the recruiter informed me they wanted to proceed with the next steps, three additional rounds, including two one-on-one interviews and a panel case study. However, after a couple of days with no follow-up, I reached out to check in and received no response. Unfortunately, I was ghosted despite the promising start, which was disappointing and unprofessional given the initial engagement.

I interviewed for the consulting manager role at Visa. I had 3 rounds before I was ghosted. I was surprised by how unprofessional the entire experience was! One of the interviewers didnt turn on the camera but wanted me to keep the camera on! He kept whispering to someone in the background and did not seem interested in the interview. The HR hasnt responded to any of my follow ups in close to 45 days. Although there was one interviewer who was friendly and supportive. Cases are pretty straight forward
