It was a lengthy , whole day process with 3 rounds . 2 technical , 1 managerial. Panel took time to come back between rounds , spent 5 hrs. They make candidates pay for the in-house lunch. Would suggest that they take candidates to the consecutive rounds only if the initial rounds are satisfactory. Otherwise the candidate will end up losing time if not selected , since the interviews are on working days. Also ,they should have the courtesy to get back with the feedback after taking a day's time in their office.
